In a large bowl, add the crushed garlic, sea salt, dill and red pepper flakes. Mix until all the flavorings are distributed evenly.
Gently fold in the labneh into the mixture until the flavorings are fully incorporated.
Serve chilled, with a drizzle of olive oil.

Can be made ahead of time. In fact, if left in the fridge for a couple of hours, the flavors will have time to intensify and become even more flavorful.
Serve with fresh bread as a spread or as an accompaniment to freshly grilled meats and seafood
